Stefan Joneck
Global CEO and Founder of CAS
Stefan W. Joneck is the Chief Executive Officer of CAS AG. He founded CAS in 1985 in Pirmasens, Germany, and developed it into the leading global supplier of sales and marketing applications for the consumer products industry. CAS currently employs more than 250 employees in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific and has experienced a compound annual growth rate of 30% since 1999.
The company provides software solutions to many of the world’s leading consumer product companies globally including Johnson & Johnson, Miller Brewing Company, GlaxoSmithKline, Bacardi and L’Oreal. Mr. Joneck and CAS are recognized as leaders by industry analysts including Gartner Group, Forrester Research and Aberdeen Group, and have been recognized in several U.S. and European business, IT, sales and marketing publications including Consumer Goods Technology, TechLinks, and BtoB Magazine. He has lectured at several events and seminars since 1987 on the subject of CRM and the consumer products industry. Mr. Joneck serves on the board of advisers of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He studied at the University of Saarbrücken, Germany.
Matthias K. Joneck
Chief Architect
Matthias K. Joneck is the Chief Architect at CAS. Mr. Joneck has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and over 18 years technical consulting background. He has been instrumental in client projects since joining the company, including Bayer, Bacardi GmbH, Bahlsen GmbH, Henkel, Philip Morris International, Nabisco, Del Monte, Ferrero GmbH, Boehringer Pharma, The Coca-Cola Company and many more.
Prior to joining CAS in 1986, Mr. Joneck was a self-employed Consultant and Programmer. He also worked several years as a COBOL programmer at Peter Kaiser GmbH. Mr. Joneck serves as an honorary judge for the Chamber of Trade Activities of the local district court in Pirmasens. He received a master’s degree in Business Management ("Diplom Kaufmann") from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany.
Anthony Bigornia
Global Vice President Product Marketing
Anthony Bigornia is the Global Vice President of Product Marketing at CAS and is responsible for the development of the company’s long term product strategy and roadmap as well as product and competitive positioning, including analyst relations. In addition, Mr. Bigornia is responsible for managing the CAS Customer Advisory Board program. Prior to CAS, Mr. Bigornia served as Director, Consumer Goods Industry Strategy at Oracle and Worldwide Solution Manager for the Consumer Driven Supply Chain for Consumer Products business solution at IBM. Mr. Bigornia joined IBM through their acquisition of PwC Consulting, where he was a Managing Consultant in their Consumer Products & Retail Strategy Consulting practice. Mr. Bigornia holds a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Henning Fromme
Executive Vice President Products
Henning Fromme is CAS’s Executive Vice President Products and heads up the CAS Products organization. This includes functions such as Product Strategy, Product Marketing & Management, Product Architecture & Development, and Knowledge Management. He also acts as an Executive Sponsor for some of CAS’s strategic clients and serves as a Director for several international CAS affiliates.
Henning joined CAS in 1999 and during his career with the company he has led several key initiatives including the establishment of the Marketing and Business Development functions of CAS; the management of strategic relationships with major partners such as Accenture and IBM; and the launch of the Company’s regional presence in Asia Pacific. Prior to his current role, Henning served as President EMEA, with responsibility for the business operations in EMEA as well as some of the company’s most established and important customers, including Beiersdorf, Danone, Dr. Oetker, Henkel, Nestlé, and PepsiCo International.
Before joining CAS Henning worked with both SAP and German Sales Force Automation Vendor K&V, in their CRM Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing departments. He holds a Master degree from Passau University in Germany in Business Administration and Economics.
Adrian Goodliffe
Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Adrian Goodliffe has global responsibility for sales and marketing at CAS.
Adrian spent the first half of his career in the Consumer Products Industry. Over a 12 year period he held roles from Field Sales Representative, through to National Account Manager, National Account Controller and Sales Director. As a National Account Manager Adrian worked with many of the UK leading retailers including Tesco, JSainsbury, Asda-Walmart and Morrisons, and as a Sales Director he learned firsthand the importance of having the right systems in place to manage a CP business in a competitive market place.
For the past 9 years Adrian has worked with solution vendors providing front office applications to the Consumer Goods Industry. In 2002 Adrian joined solutions provider MEI as Managing Director for their UK subsidiary, and in 2005 Adrian joined CAS as Senior Vice President Sales. Adrian was appointed to the position of Global Vice President Sales in January 2006, and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing in January 2010; he is based in our United Kingdom office.
Markus Hoffmann
President & Managing Director CAS Asia Pacific
Markus Hoffmann has full responsibility for the CAS Asia Pacific region as President & Managing Director based in Sydney / Australia. Prior to that Mr. Hoffmann held the role of Global Vice President Professional Services at CAS for six years where he was responsible for all professional services activities from project management and business consulting to technical consulting as well as global support and training. Overall Mr. Hoffmann has more than 15 years of experience in the CRM industry.
Prior to joining CAS in 2002 he spent two years in Amsterdam working for US CRM provider Firepond where he was building up and running Consulting Services within the EMEA region. He has a wealth of experience with account management and program management as well as in consulting in international projects. Previously he has worked as a Consulting Director for the Pharmaceutical Industry practice at SAP CRM Consulting - formerly known as German SFA pioneer Kiefer & Veittinger. Mr. Hoffmann holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
Andrew Toll
Global Vice President, Solutions Consulting
Andrew Toll is responsible for the Solution Consulting team globally within CAS. Andrew has broad experience within the various CAS subsidiaries, working in EMEA, Singapore and Australia, where he helped establish the CAS Asia Pacific operations in 2004 as the second employee in Australia – Andrew was involved in all aspects of the business, from initial Solution creation for new prospects through to Project Management of a number of our first APAC implementations. Mr. Toll has more than 10 years of experience working with CPG manufacturers in the CRM space. Prior to joining CAS, Andrew worked for Siebel Systems where he supported many CPG companies around Asia Pacific with their CRM implementations, and started his career with Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant. He has a broad set of experiences from solution blueprinting through to program management of international projects, and is keen to help customers solve business problems with software solutions that will generate value. Mr. Toll holds a Master Degree in International Business from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Andreas Umhauer
Global Vice President Finance
Andreas Umhauer has global responsibility for financial operations at CAS including implementation and execution of global financial policies across all divisions of the organization. Mr. Umhauer has over 15 years experience in finance in different industries. After several years working for a predecessor of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Umhauer headed the group accounting department of Kömmerling Group. At the same time he also served a number of management and supervisory boards at national and international level. He received a Masters degree in Business Management (“Diplom Kaufmann”) from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany.
